Door leaf: no holes, damage, or unauthorised modifications

Self-closing device: door closes fully and latches every time

Intumescent seals: present, continuous, and undamaged around full perimeter

Perimeter gaps: ≤3–4mm on sides and top, ≤8mm at threshold
